Strategic Customer Account Planning is a highly interactive & engaging 2 day workshop where cross functional account teams build their account plans using the tailored tool supported by exercises, theory, discussion and following a clear process to achieve a 70% complete customer plan by the end of the workshop.

The workshop follows the kaleidoscopic preparation strategic account planning process, challenging the delegates to do the ‘real work required’ to build their customer plans in an engaging environment, rather than sitting alone in a dark room creating their plans
