Sam Akinluyi

Sam has spent 17 years in the Consumer Goods industry working for businesses such as Nestle, General Mills and Mars.  He has held leadership roles in all of these companies with his core experience being in strategy, commercial/sales, negotiation and organisational leadership. He led the Commercial Strategy department for Mars UK and was the Grocery Sales Director for the UK.

Sam is the Chair of the Board of trustees for the youth charity, Future Skills.   He is a non-executive director and advisor to several companies/organisations.  Sam is also a fully accredited and practicing Executive Coach.   

Sam works to identify and build on an individual’s natural strengths.  He creates a safe, non-judgmental, genuine environment where the clients feel free to fully express themselves and focus on their personal development.

Sam’s varied background (both professionally and personally) allows him to connect with clients both in different industries and at different stages of their career.
