Ethan brings an analytical approach to responsible growth and negotiation with 25 years’ of FMCG and Retail experience. Having started his career with Kantar in the USA, Ethan moved to London where he was responsible for the retail insights practice. After leaving Kantar, Ethan served a mixture of retail, FMCG and investor clients around the world from his consultancy, Shirland Ventures. Ethan was also a research director with the Coca-Cola Retailing Research Councils in Europe, Middle, East Africa and Asia Pacific. Ethan has also served on the advisory board of Agrosustain, a Swiss agricultural technology start-up. Ethan is a results-driven analyst, bringing innovative solutions to FMCG companies, retailers and investors around the world. He has a reputation for using a mutual fact-based understanding to support collaborative solutions in high-stakes retail and FMCG negotiations in Europe and North America.
