Sulé has close to 30 years of true hands-on global commercial experience in developed, developing & emerging markets (Canada/US, EMEA, Turkey, South Africa, Caucasus and Central Asia) across multiple industries. 

He spent 20+ years in Senior Leadership roles within Sales, Marketing, Operations and Digital Growth at The Coca-Cola Company and major Franchise Bottler Operations across the Globe. Sulé took the opportunity to further round up his accomplished leadership and commercial expertise on the ‘customer side’ by joining Metro AG in Germany, gaining a transparent and objective point of view of both sides of the collaboration and/or negotiation table. 

Sulé is a dynamic and influential leader with an enthusiastic management style and reputation for building, developing and retaining highly motivated sales and marketing teams. His genuine interpersonal collaboration, persuasion and communication skills allow him to connect the dots in an analytical but agile way amongst delegates and consultancy clients.
