Total Negotiation invites you to take part in the Commercial Negotiation Survey 2015 which draws input from across the globe and a variety of business functions to enable us to inform you of the market changes, trends and future business needs, within the commercial environment in which you operate.
In a fast evolving business environment, it is essential to understand “where are we now” and “what does the future twelve months look like”. This is especially true when we focus on our customer relationships and the capability and talent of our organisation.
At Total Negotiation we help clients drive commercial improvement with key customers. This is achieved by enhancing and embedding commercial negotiation capabilities within customer teams. To do this, we use tailored, real-life and current case studies and information reflecting their industry and the wider market place.
To inform this preparation, we invite you to take part in the Commercial Negotiation Survey 2015 which looks at current business outlook, future challenges, supplier/retailer relationships, business change readiness and organisational capability.
The survey draws input from across the globe and from different business functions. This enables us to produce a white paper on market changes, trends, challenges and needs of businesses over the next twelve months.
Some questions you will be able to answer following the research include:
* Are you anticipating similar challenges to those of others in your industry?
* What are the key competency challenges facing different markets?
* How does the relationship with retailers change between different regions?
And, most importantly, what do I need to change in order to maximise the opportunities presented by the coming year?
The survey is completely confidential and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. All participants will receive a copy of the research.
To thank you, Total Negotiation will make a donation for every completed survey to UNICEF (the United Nations children’s charity) for all questionnaires completed before Saturday 28th February.
Thank you for your time and input – we look forward to sharing the results in early April.
