Flexible working
Our team’s mental and physical health is important to us. That’s why we do everything in our power to support a healthy work-life balance. We offer flexible working arrangements and only ask our employees to work at our Henley office at least one day a month.
Employee Ownership Trust
In 2022, Total Negotiation Group introduced an EOT ownership model. Employees qualify for income tax-free bonuses of up to £3,600 annually (National Insurance Contributions apply).
Company socials
At least twice a year, the TNG team gets together to celebrate, socialise and have fun. Recent events have included the Henley Regatta, our annual kick-off and our end-of-year celebration!
Your birthday off!
No one wants to work on their birthday! Everyone gets a paid day off for their birthday (in addition to their holiday allowance).
How we support our team

Employer-supported volunteering
All team members are allocated time to pursue their charitable and volunteering interests. And those days are paid!
Private healthcare
We provide private health coverage to all employees at no cost once they’ve successfully completed their probationary period.
Learning and development budget
Our negotiation experts are also potters, painters and candlestick-makers. Each team member has control of their learning and development budget, which can be used for online courses, face-to-face events and more.
Charity initiatives
We donate to charities chosen by our team members and clients, such as Grocery Aid. We also work with Psalt Rise to help under-represented talent enter and thrive in the workplace.

Electric car scheme
Beep-beep: this offer is open to all permanent employees who have been with us for over six months. The scheme offers savings on electric cars and enables employees to pay out of their salary before tax.
Team building
While most of our team works remotely, we understand the value of spending time together. We make sure we host regular check-ins and team events to nurture our company culture.
Grocery Aid Welfare
We’re excited to collaborate with Grocery Aid to offer a full suite of services to employees, spouses and dependents. These free-to-access and confidential services include emotional, financial and practical support.
